Payments are processed securely via Stripe.
We do not store full card details on our servers.

Invoices and order records are stored within WordPress/WooCommerce for accounting and compliance purposes.

Stripe acts as an independent data controller for payment processing.


c) CRM Data (HubSpot)

Enquiry and customer data may be processed and stored within HubSpot, which we use to manage business communications and client relationships.

HubSpot acts as a data processor on our behalf.
